Centre PACT
Encouraging Next Generation Philanthropy

Centre PACT (Philanthropic Actions Created by Teens) is Centre Foundation’s hands-on, student-driven philanthropy program in which participating high school students from across the county join together to discuss issues facing their peers, learn about potential solutions that nonprofits offer, and ultimately fund the programs that they think will be most effective.

How Centre PACT Works

Each year, Centre PACT students assess local youth needs, solicit and review grant applications, and distribute grants to local nonprofits that will have a positive impact on youth in our community. Grants are awarded in late spring. Funding for these grants is provided by the Centre PACT Fund and generous contributions from community members and local businesses.

Since 2016, members of Centre PACT raised and granted over $45,000 to 24 local nonprofits.
