Bill and Sandy Rockey are long-time residents of Centre County. Bill is active in banking with over 40 years of local service and has been an active volunteer at the Centre County United Way. Sandy is retired from teaching in the Bald Eagle Area School District. This fund supports the operations and programs of the Centre County United Way. Their mission is to improve lives by prioritizing needs and mobilizing human and financial resources to positively impact the education, financial stability and physical and emotional health of our neighbors.
