This fund was created by Justine, Eli, Rachel, Becky, and Tim Mastin in honor of William G. and Karen K. Mastin.  William, who was the founding owner of Mastin Construction, Inc., passed away in January of 2012. The scholarship will benefit a State College Area School District senior attending a post-secondary institution who is the first person from their immediate family to attend college.
