Amy and Jeremy Frank created The Stormbreak Fund to support staffing at the Centre County Youth Service Bureau's (YSB) teen and emerging adult facilities: Stormbreak Girls Group Home, Burrowes Street Youth Haven, and Supportive Independent Living. YSB offers a variety of services, such as these facilities, to assess and meet the needs of local youth. These facilities are critical for teenagers and emerging adults in foster care by offering a safe environment. This fund was created as part of Centre Foundation's 40 for 40 Campaign to benefit YSB.
