This fund was established by Robert P. Campbell as a way to continue and support what his father, Judge R. Paul Campbell, started. “Whenever Centre Foundation is brought up, I show my pride in my father for what he has started for the benefit of Centre County. I can see his smile now for how the Foundation and the Youth Service Bureau, another wonderful organization he started, have progressed in recent years. I thank all those that have made his dreams a reality.” This fund supports Centre Foundation’s discretionary funds, which are used to meet the changing needs of Centre County residents. In a unique role as philanthropic leaders of the community, foundation board members and staff are equipped to understand the changing needs of the community and to focus grants where they can make the most impact over the years.
