This endowment was established to fund Centre County efforts that enhance the morale of today's veterans and active duty service members and their families, to inform officials and the public on the importance of strong sea services, and to support tomorrow's military leaders through programs administered with the Penn State Navy Reserve Officers Training Corps Unit, which exposes people to the values of our sea services. The fund will provide support through a scholarship at the Penn State Navy Reserves Officers Training Corps.
