This fund was established by John and Norma Almquist, John W.E. and Bonnie Almquist, and Judy and Harry Anthony. Joan packed a lifetime of love of teaching young children into her 35 years. Her ready smile and willingness to serve earned her many friends. The fund provides a scholarship to a graduating senior who demonstrates positive character, self-discipline, motivation, positive academic record, as well as coursework in Family and Consumer Sciences and participation in choir and/or thespians.
