This fund was established in memory of Jerome Tanner by his wife, Patricia Heigel-Tanner, to honor students in the field of cinematography.  This scholarship is to be awarded to a State College Area High School senior who demonstrates artistic expression, academic excellence, and who will be attending a college or university for further study in the field.
