James Karl and Daniel Fisher, both Bald Eagle High School alumni and avid readers, created this fund, which provides support for professional development for teachers in the Bald Eagle Area School District that furthers the instruction of reading, continuing education courses for teaching reading, student reading awards, and resources that individualize reading instruction.
