Dayton and Sheri Coles, an attorney and former teacher in State College, donated money in recognition of Centre Foundation and in memory of its founder, the late Judge R. Paul Campbell.  With their gifts, they have a vision to create the "Golden Rule" Fund. Their gift creates an opportunity for Centre Foundation to support groups striving to promote and recognize the diversity of this country. The Golden Rule Fund will be used in Centre County to promote understanding and community among people of diverse backgrounds - ethnic, cultural, racial, and religious - and to promote peaceful means of resolving disputes among us all. This fund supports organizations that Dayton and Sheri Coles value.  As a donor advised fund, the recipient organizations may change each year, depending on where the donor-advisors see the greatest need.
