LeeRoy and Evelyn S. Toney arrived in State College over 60 years ago.  For many years, they owned and operated the L.R. Toney Cab and Airport Limousine Service.  In 1994, LeeRoy passed away and Evelyn established this fund in honor of their commitment to this area, now and in the future. This fund has a dual directive.  Half of the fund supports the Pregnancy Resource Clinic, which exists to educate, encourage, and empower men and women to make informed life choices. The other half of the fund supports the discretionary grants that Centre Foundation makes each year as different, urgent needs arise in the county.
