The Dr. Phil and Judy Roberts Scholarship Fund was established by Dr. Phil Roberts, a longtime State College Orthopedic surgeon, and his wife, Judy. The Roberts created this scholarship fund in support of graduating State College Area High School students who are continuing their education and working toward a career in the sports medicine field.
