Catherine F. Willower created this fund in memory of her husband, Donald J. Willower, for the benefit of the Radio Park Elementary School Library of the SCASD. Donald was a professor of education at Penn State, where he taught for more than 30 years. His positions at Penn State included chairman of educational administration, head of the Division of Educational Policy Studies, and acting dean of the College of Education. The selection of books for the school’s library will reflect Donald’s personal interests in explorers, political history, aviation, and adventure.
