This fund was initially established by Charles Schlow, long-time resident of State College and close friend of Paul and Ora Campbell. Additional contributions have been made by Harold and Irma Schlow Zipser. This fund supports Centre Foundation’s discretionary funds, which are used to meet the changing needs of Centre County residents. In a unique role as philanthropic leaders of the community, foundation board members and staff are equipped to understand the changing needs of the community and to focus grants where they can make the most impact over the years.
