The Centre County Library and Historical Museum (CCLHM) is located in Bellefonte and supports branch locations in Centre Hall and Philipsburg, as well as a Bookmobile that travels throughout Centre County. The Special Projects Fund supports both capital and program initiatives that work towards ensuring a future committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion in library services for all Centre County residents. This fund was created as part of Centre Foundation's 40 for 40 campaign.
