Centre County Federation of Public Libraries
The Centre County Federation of Public Libraries is a collaboration of Schlow Regional Library in State College and the Centre County Library with branches in Bellefonte, Centre Hall, Millheim, and Philipsburg. The fund was opened with both donations and a bequest from generous community donors. Created in 1990, the Federation’s mission is to provide the best library services to every resident of Centre County. The fund supports library programs which offer training and use of various technologies that help residents connect and engage with their communities and with each other.
