C. Morris Lutz Memorial Scholarship Fund
Scholarships provided by the C. Morris Lutz Memorial Scholarship Fund will benefit State College Area High School seniors with demonstrated financial need who have a sincere desire to become teachers. Charles Morris Lutz served many years as Patton Township representative on the school board, including terms as secretary and board president. He was also a signatory to the 1955 jointure agreement that renamed the school district the State College Area Schools. Known to live by the Golden Rule, this fund honors his personal contributions, as well as pays tribute to the many ties between members of the extended Lutz family and the school district.
