Program Stream
Providing Ongoing Support for the Arts

Program Stream is an invitation-only grant opportunity that provides ongoing support to arts organizations and programs that have an established history of support from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA). Once admitted to Program Stream, organizations receive consistent general operating support for their arts programming.

Centre Foundation administers Program Stream grants in Centre, Clearfield, Clinton, and Huntingdon counties on behalf of the PCA, as a regional partner of the Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts (PPA) program. Learn more about Program Stream on the PCA’s website.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be invited to apply by Centre Foundation or the PCA based on a consistent application and grant history with PPA or the PCA. Additionally, applicants must be a nonprofit, tax-exempt corporation, a unit of government, or school district providing arts programming and/or arts services in Pennsylvania and have an average annual revenue of less than $200,000.

How to Apply

Step One – Please review the full application guidelines: 2022-23 Program Stream Guidelines.

Step Two – Once invited, submit an application through our online portal before January 18, 2022.

Due Date: January 18, 2022, 5:00 pm EST
Grant Activity Period: September 1, 2022-August 31, 2023
