Although William "Keno" Beezer handed in his keys on August 31, 2010 and began his retirement, his interest in the welfare of the youth that he had supported for 37 years as Executive Director of the Moshannon Valley YMCA was not left at the door. That is why his friends established a scholarship fund in his name for graduating seniors in three school districts: Philipsburg-Osceola Area, West Branch Area, and Moshannon Valley, which were served by the YMCA that Keno managed.
