Victor Campbell has been an active member of the community for many years. He supports the Col. Gerald F. Russell Scholarship Fund, which provides scholarships to Centre County veterans, their children, grandchildren, and siblings. He also supports the Navy League of the US Central PA Council Fund, which provides scholarships to Penn State Navy Reserves Officers Training Corps.  Victor enjoys supporting great, local causes and established this fund to support the efforts of the Pennsylvania Military Museum.
