Dr. Derald Stump and Jean Stump had a lifelong interest in music. Derald founded and directed school and cathedral choirs, and Jean led the music cataloging team at Pattee Library. They were also longtime members of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, where Dr. Stump served as Associate Rector. This fund provides support for and promotes community outreach of the fine music program of the parish of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church. The church is integral to community outreach not only by its close proximity to the university, the regional library, schools, and community athletic fields but also by its highly visible presence in the heart of downtown State College.
