Scott and Terri Thompson established this fund as their gift to Centre County after they moved to State College and became heavily involved in the community. Scott is involved with Trout Unlimited and volunteers with ClearWater Conservancy's Annual Watershed Cleanup Day. Terri joined the PTA, Welsh Swim Team Board, and different church committees through the State College Presbyterian Church. The Thompson's passion for their community inspired them to invest back into the area and support the organizations they are passionate about. As a donor-advised fund, the recipient organizations may change each year, depending on where the donor advisors see the greatest need.
