Rick Van Horn was committed to conserving our natural water sources and served as a volunteer and leader of the Spring Creek chapter of Trout Unlimited for 20 years. In that time, Rick was recognized with the Robert F. Eberhart Order of the Sulphur Award for his many contributions to conservation, citizen science, and restoration efforts. The Rick Van Horn Stream Restoration Fund was established in honor of Rick's dedication to the work of Trout Unlimited and supports volunteers working on stream restoration projects, provides materials and supplies, and meets other needs for these projects as identified by the Board of Directors of the Spring Creek chapter of Trout Unlimited.
