Dick and Cheryl Campbell understood that the beauty of a community foundation is that it makes it very easy for anyone to be a philanthropist. Dick Campbell, a former foundation board member, has been active with the foundation since its inception. His father, foundation founder Judge Paul Campbell, passed on his passion for supporting the future of Centre County to his children. Dick and Cheryl wanted to assure that future by creating this fund, which supports the operation of the foundation. This fund, and others which support the operation of Centre Foundation, provides stewardship for the future of Centre County. It allows Centre Foundation to provide greater funding and services to local charitable organizations, as well as enhance our services to the donor community.
