Joan, a lifelong Centre County resident, met Ralph while he was playing soccer for Penn State. They were married soon after and made State College their home, a place to raise their daughter and start a business. The Browers are involved with several local non-profit organizations, making it a habit to give back and to be engaged. As a donor-advised fund, the recipient organizations may change each year, depending on where the Browers see the greatest need.
