The Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation was established following the death of first-responder, Stephen Siller, in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. It is the mission of the Foundation to honor and support military and first responders who make the ultimate sacrifice of life and limb for our country. The Pamela Jeanette Walker Weir Fund was established to support the operations and mission of the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation in perpetuity.
