The Mount Nittany Conservancy was established to acquire and conserve lands in and around the famed Nittany Mountain. It is dedicated to conservation and protection of the land in its natural state as historic, scenic, and environmental resources for the benefit of all who share in the beauty of this great natural landmark. The Blue and White Trails are maintained by the Conservancy for those to enjoy while hiking up the mountain. This fund was created as a part of Centre Foundation's 40 for 40 Campaign to benefit the Mount Nittany Conservancy in their efforts to conserve the Blue and White Trails.
