The James M. Rayback Fund was opened by James and Judith Rayback to support Clearwater Conservancy's mission. Clearwater Conservancy is a Centre County based land trust and natural resource formed in 1980. Their mission is to promote conservation and restoration of natural resources in Central Pennsylvania through land conservation, water resource protection, and environmental outreach to the community. James was the attorney that helped establish Clearwater Conservancy during its inception. This fund was created as part of Centre Foundation's 40 for 40 Campaign to benefit Clearwater Conservancy.
