The Hopkins family established this scholarship fund in honor of George R. Brocail, George M. Brocail, and Jean Brocail for a graduating high school senior from Philipsburg-Osceola High School. This scholarship will be awarded to one student each year who participated in athletics at Philipsburg-Osceola High School and demonstrates high academic achievement with a grade point average (GPA) of above 3.0. Preference will be given to students who are planning to attend Lock Haven University after graduation.
