Herschel and Eileen Leibowitz viewed Centre Foundation and this fund as a way to establish a legacy in Centre County by continuing to support people in the community for generations to come. Eileen continues to support charitable organizations in the community and enjoys having the flexibility of annually recommending a worthwhile organization.
