Harry Wesley Price Jr. was a Representative from Mifflin County, PA. Born in Lewistown, PA, he attended Lewistown public schools and several colleges and universities, including Penn State University, following high school to complete his education. Representative Price served in the US Navy during WWII, earning a Purple Heart. This scholarship was created from his last will and testament, to help further the education of Mifflin County high school students planning to attend college or technical school after high school.
