Fred Kissinger created this fund to support his alma mater and memorialize his friend and golfing buddy, Ralph Matis. Fred is an avid golfer and wanted to encourage more young people to golf. Grants from this fund shall be paid as awards for the benefit of students at State College Area High School who are involved with the golf team.
