This fund was established to recognize and honor the service of Corky Potter, the first Director of Shaver's Creek Environmental Center, and that of his successors. The fund provides for operations and programs for Shaver's Creek Environmental Center. Located in the heart of Central Pennsylvania, Shaver’s Creek is Penn State’s nature center, offering fun and educational environmental programs and events for the whole community. Guests can visit the nature center, hike the trails, meet the birds of prey in the Raptor Center, and explore the hands-on exhibits and live reptiles in the Discovery Room.
