This fund was established by The Reverend Joseph L. and Sharon P. Moore in memory of his sister Diane Moore. Funds will support programs that promote child and adult literacy, animal welfare, the conservation of bird habitats, and the study of ecological impacts on the migration of birds. These were life-long interests of Diane Moore, a Penn State graduate who, after a professional career in Washington, DC, returned to where she most wanted to live, Centre County.
