Named after a former Director of the Office of Aging, the Cynthia Edvar Scholarship Fund supports one annual scholarship for a high school senior who is a child of an employee of Centre Crest or Centre County government and who is pursuing a post-secondary program in the field of social/human or elderly care services. The recipient will be chosen by a committee with representatives from Centre Crest, Centre County Commissioners, and Centre County Office of Aging.
