This fund was created by donors inspired by a matching grant offered by the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation. These first donors to the fund, and many others in the years since, value Centre Foundation's role as leader of community philanthropy. This fund, and others which support the operation of Centre Foundation, provides stewardship for the future of Centre County. It allows Centre Foundation to provide greater funding and services to local charitable organizations, as well as enhance our services to the donor community.
